报告人简介：

 Sung-Kwun Oh（吴圣权）教授1993年于韩国首尔延世大学获得电子工程博士学位。1996-1997年于加拿大曼尼托巴大学担任博士后研究员，现任韩国水原大学正教授。主要研究方向包括模糊系统，模糊神经网络，自动化系统，高级计算机智能控制。目前担任SCI一区刊物Information Science的编委，以及KIEE Transactions on Systems and Control, International Journal of Fuzzy Logic and Intelligent System of the KFIS, International Journal of Control, Automation, and Systems of the ICASE 等期刊的副主编，发表论文近400篇，其个人H指数高达31。
